Payment Terms
All payments must be received in advance before Prints or Original Artworks will be shipped.
Paypal, Personal Checks or Money Orders are accepted for all Print sales.
Only Money Orders or Certified Checks are accepted for all Original Artworks.
Shipping and Handling Time
Limited Edition Prints will be shipped within 5 days upon receiving payment.
Giglée Prints will be shipped within 14 days upon receiving payment.
Original Artwork will be shipped within 7 days upon receiving payment.
Commissioned Artwork will be shipped within 7 days upon receiving final payment.
Shipping Costs
Prints
Free shipping within the USA for all sized prints.
Shipping to Canada: $15 for all prints. Higher shipping rates will be applied to special ordered oversized prints.
Shipping to Europe: $20 for all prints. Higher shipping rates will be applied to special ordered oversized prints.
Shipping to the rest of the world: $25 for all prints. Higher shipping rates will be applied to special ordered oversized prints.
Original Art
Shipping charges will be calculated and charged depending on the size and weight of the original art work.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return a Print, or Original Artwork, from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Commissioned Artwork is governed by contract, and is not returnable after it has been approved.
To return an item, it must be in the original packaging.
A returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once I receive a returned item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item and the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit using your original payment method. You should receive the credit within 10 days.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs in order to return your item.

Terms & Conditions – International Shipping
International orders (shipped outside the United States) can take up to 24 business days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status. Not all international orders will have tracking outside the United States, we apologize for any inconvenience.
*Please Note* – If you are not able to select your country in the shipping field at checkout, this means that I unfortunately do not offer shipping to that country at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes:
Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. I am not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses:
I regret that I cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for International delivery. By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to me as undeliverable due to an international PO Box address, I will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.
